也可以在Protel的网站上下到它的封装图吧

1. Open Implement Design -->Floorplan Design.in ISE 6.3i environment.
2. In Floorplan , open View --> Package Pins,
3. It will show top-view and bottom-view (click any space of view with right-key of mouse)of the target deivce which you had selected at the beginning of you project.
