Responsibilities:
Main job duty will be CMOS analog mixed signal design, which includes specification definition, modeling, schematic design, pre-layout simulation, layout design, post-layout simulation, and timing library&IBIS model&LEF generation.
Successful candidate will report to the head of the Analog Mixed Signal Design team
Requirements:
Experience on CMOS deep submicron process is a must; knowledge in 90nm and below will be good.
Experience with the following analog IP will be a plus,
High speed data converters for video and graphics applications
High accuracy data converters (successive approximation converters)
Phase Lock Loop (Sigma-delta, fractional-N)
LVDS transmitter & receiver for video application
Familiar with IP bench characterization and ATE test
EDA tools: Mentor Graphic’s schematic capture, eldo/ADMS and Calibre; Cadence Virtuoso.
Master's degree is a must, doctor's degree is preferred.
7 years or more work experience in relevant industry, but may consider less experienced candidate to senior engineer approach.
We prefer the candidates from Trident.
The salary can be negotiable based on the experience.
