【求助】关于综合选项中的“keep hierarchy”设置

如何设置ISE 9.1 i中综合选项“keep hierarchy” 好像选“YES”和“SOFT”都是保留层次结构，那两者的区别是什么呢？

Soft is used when you wish to maintain the hierarchy through synthesis, but you do not wish to pass the keep_hierarchy attributes to place and route.
