Finally, I have my usb program cable work. It is really complex to use. I can not program bitstream file(*.bit) to my FPGA dirctrly via usb program cable as parallel cable do.  The procedure of USB program cable is

  1. 1. usb Digilent own ExPort to find out the initial JTAG chain
  2. 2. Make SVG file in impact step by step in ImPact
  3. Assignandprogramthe bit file into SVG file
  4. program the SVG file in the ExPort
